The restaurant is located in the former coach house of the castle, where our chef will surprise you with typical Gascon regional dishes and his own culinary creations. The restaurant is part of the “Les Tables du Gers” label. This label guarantees dishes prepared with regional products and with the ‘slow food’ movement. In the summer we like to serve on the terrace.

The extensive wine list includes fine wines from Saint Mont and Madiran, two wine regions in the region that are rightly gaining more and more international fame. The cozy bar and the large, sheltered terrace are open from the end of the afternoon until the evening. You can also pick up a daily menu or something simpler like a pizza.
